Shipping

• Standard freight Air freight, tracked door to door. Quoted by email after payment. (7-12 business days)
• Express courier DHL / FedEx priority. Quoted by email after payment. (3-5 business days)
• Warehouse pickup Collect from our Shenzhen warehouse — no freight to arrange. We email you a pickup slot within 24 hours. (Ready in 1-2 business days)

Freight is not charged at checkout. Your payment covers the goods only. Once it clears we quote the shipment with our forwarder for your address, service and weight, and email you the shipping cost — nothing is dispatched until you agree it, and you can settle it by the same crypto or wire route as the goods. Orders are picked and packed within two business days of cleared payment. Shipments travel DAP — import duties and local taxes are payable by the buyer on delivery.

Warranty

Mining hardware carries a six-month warranty covering hashboards, control boards and power supplies under normal operating conditions. Consumables — filament, nozzles, thermal fluid, cabling — are covered for manufacturing defects only. Warranty is void where a unit has been opened, re-flashed with third-party firmware, water damaged, or run outside its rated voltage and temperature range.

Returns

Report transit damage or dead-on-arrival units within seven days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and a video of the boot sequence. We arrange repair, replacement or refund at our cost. Unopened, unused stock can be returned within 14 days at your shipping cost, less a 10% restocking fee. Custom 3D printing work and opened consumables are not returnable.

Payment

Prices are quoted in USD. Crypto payments are settled through the CoinPal gateway at the rate locked when you open the gateway; underpaid invoices are held until topped up. Wire transfers must quote the order reference. Stock is reserved for 72 hours from the moment the order is placed.
