How long does delivery take?
Standard air freight lands in 7–12 business days; express courier in 3–5. Every order is tracked door to door and the tracking number is emailed when the parcel leaves Shenzhen.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT) through the CoinPal gateway, and bank wire transfer in USD. Hardware is reserved as soon as the order is placed and ships once payment clears.
Do you handle customs?
We ship DAP: the goods clear customs in your name and import duties are payable on delivery. We prepare the commercial invoice and packing list for your broker.
What if a miner arrives faulty?
Report it within seven days with photos and a video of the boot sequence. We cover repair or replacement for six months from delivery — see the returns policy.
